Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using PACES Master Path ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service. The Service provides examination-preparation materials including timed PACES-style practice with separate Practice and Exam modes, AI role-play with simulated patients, relatives and examiners, AI-generated educational scoring across the relevant PACES Skills A–G, full mock simulations, progress tracking, personalised case recommendations, and preparation plans. It is an educational resource and does not constitute medical advice.
3. Educational Limitations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Practice marks are educational estimates and should not be interpreted as official MRCP(UK) marks. Physical examination technique cannot be fully assessed through voice alone, and voice-only practice assesses a candidate's narrated examination approach and clinical reasoning. Full-mock results are not official PACES results. Candidates must verify clinical information against current authoritative guidance. The Service does not provide medical advice, and use of the Service does not guarantee examination success.
4. Licence and Access. During Free Access, every registered user is granted full access to all currently available content at no cost. There is no payment, subscription, or expiry date. Your progress history is retained for as long as your account is active.
5. No Payment Required. PACES Master Path is currently free to use. No payment, subscription, or auto-renewal is required. Payment and checkout routes are disabled during this period.
6. Voice Practice. All users have unlimited AI voice practice during Free Access.
7. User Responsibilities. You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute content, or use automated tools to extract materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
